Engineer with ten years across software development, industrial automation, R&D project management and technical training. I turn client requirements into plans teams can execute, and I build with applied AI every day.
I'm Ionut, an engineer from Brașov. I studied robotics and mechatronics at Transilvania University and began my career in automotive safety at Autoliv, where I learned how careful design and steady improvement protect people. From there I moved into industrial robotics, leading a small R&D team, and then into software at Siemens, where reliability matters every day.
Alongside that work I have always enjoyed teaching. Since 2019 I have run robotics and programming courses for children and trained other trainers, and it has shaped the way I lead: clear plans, patient explanations and room for people to grow.
Today I bring these pieces together. I build my own software products, explore what applied AI can do in real work, and help teams turn requirements into plans they can deliver. I value calm, honest collaboration and work that leaves things a little better than I found them.
